SOLO Receives Hi-Fi Choice ‘Editor’s Choice’ Award
We are pleased to announce that the SOLO moving coil mono cartridge has been given the ‘Hi-Fi Choice Editor’s Choice’ award.
The review by Neville Roberts features in the October 2026 edition of Hi-Fi Choice magazine in which they gave SOLO five stars in every category - sound quality, value for money, build quality and tracking.

We strongly agree with Neville’s synopsis and believe anyone with a good selection of mono records should invest in this cartridge. It is quite staggering to hear the difference using a high-quality mono cartridge will give against an equal standard stereo cartridge.
