All Vertere products come with a standard 2-year warranty, effective from the date of sale to the end user for new products.
The warranty on all serial-numbered products can be extended upon registration on our website:
Up to 10 years (except cartridges)
Up to 5 years for cartridges
To qualify for the extended warranty, the product must be registered with Vertere Acoustics within six months of purchase.
Products eligible for the 10-year extended warranty include:
Turntables: RG-1, SG-1, MG-1 & DG-X
Tonearms: Reference Tonearm, SG II Pathfinder, & SG-1 MkII PTA Tonearm (all versions)
Cables: Pulse-HB series cables and Pulse-XS Reference loudspeaker cable
Phono Preamps: CALON & PHONO-1 (all versions up to & including current MkIIL)
Motor Drives: Reference Motor Drive, Imperium Motor Drive & Tempo Motor Drive
Important Notes
All warranties are local to the country of purchase.
Warranty cover transfers to secondary owners, but only for the remaining period from the original purchase date.
Local distributors may, at their discretion, provide support for products purchased abroad. We strongly recommend contacting your local Vertere distributor if your product was purchased outside your country of residence.
