Nick Mason CBE, the legendary drummer and co-founder of the iconic band Pink Floyd in his new fully equipped recording, playback and rehearsal studio.

Nick’s new band, Saucerful Of Secrets, comprises Nick Mason, bassist Guy Pratt, guitarists Gary Kemp and Lee Harris, and keyboard player Dom Beken.

The band was formed in 2018 and toured in the UK, Europe & the States during 2018 and 2019 performing the early music of Pink Floyd. The band brought a renewed and fresh approach to the early Pink Floyd music. These performances were arguably the best versions of the original tracks yet.

The tours were a worldwide success with unprecedented reception. It was a pity that, due to Covid-19 pandemic, last year’s tour had to be postponed. Everyone we had spoken to who had been to one of the concerts wanted to go again and again and we are looking forward to the bands return in more ‘normal’ times.

The live recording of the concert at the Roundhouse in Camden London was mixed and released on 2LP vinyl cut by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios.

Miles also did a remaster and half speed cut of Nick’s three earlier solo albums available as a boxset – ‘Unattended Luggage’ which sound incredible.

The boxset includes;

Fictitious sports – 1981

Profiles – 1985  (Inc. Rick Fenn, 10cc guitarist)

White of the eye – 1987  (Soundtrack)

We are delighted that Nick chose to use Vertere in his new fully equipped recording studio, listening to his vinyl on his MG-1 record player with the Phono-1 and Pulse-R cables.

Thank you for choosing Vertere, Nick.
